Hi,I am 29 years old, my husband and I have to use donor sperm (due to my husband medical condition)
I was ready to start the a treatment of IUI(by donor sperm)but doctor found a cyst on my right ovary. I did the lamparoscopy 2 weeks ago, and I have endometriosis STAGE 3. The doctor remove the cyst,he clean the ovary as much ashe could but he said there is some black spots still.

He also said I have two options, to start the treatment with IUI or take madications(contraceptives to clean endometriosis some more )
The doctor recomend IUI first, because the possibility of me getting pregnant after the lamparoscopy are there ,but the only way is knowing is by the IUI (Because since my husband medical condition we are not able to know if we can get pregnant because he has no sperm, thats why we are using donor).
Doctor said he recommend,the IUI first instead of giving me so much medication.
NOW my question is: should I do the IUI first or the endometriosis treatment to clean it a little more? when a women has endometriosis STAGE 3 does IUI work? or I should go straight to IVF (Even though the doctor hasnt mention anything of IVF yet)? Do I have hope, do all women with endometriosis Stage 3 or 4 have the a good or great posibility of getting pregnant?
